All Gillespie products are manufactured at our own factories to match clients’ exact design and technical specifications. Our engineers bring a wealth of experience to the model and mould making process, while our manufacturing techniques combine the craftmanship of the traditional fibrous plasterer with the very best in strong, lightweight, crack resistant and durable modern materials. We use Zerodec – our own patented glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) – and glass reinforced polyester (GRP) to sculpt the complex shapes, structures and special effects now frequently demanded by architects.
